Team & Custom Orders
01 — Team and custom orders
Your name.
Our hats.
Bradford Sports makes headwear for people who care how it sits — structured crowns, clean stitching, hats built to last a season and then some.
The same hats can carry your name instead of ours. Teams, gyms, youth programs and businesses across the Inland Empire, made to order.
Who we make for
- Schools and teams Football, baseball, track, wrestling. Team hats for the roster, coaching staff and the parents in the stands.
- Gyms and training facilities Something members actually want to wear out of the building, not the free shirt that lives in a drawer.
- Youth programs Pop Warner, club ball, travel teams. Fundraiser-friendly runs where the numbers have to work for families.
- Local business Shops, trades, restaurants and crews across the 951 and 909 who'd rather put their name on good headwear than a giveaway cap.
- Events and tournaments Golf outings, camps, charity days. Hats made for the event, dated and done properly.
- Brand collaborations A joint piece with another brand or maker, where both names actually belong on it. Fewer of these, chosen carefully.
The straight answers
- What's the minimum order?
- It depends on the style and how it's decorated — some runs work at a couple of dozen, others need more to be worth making. Tell us the number you have in mind and we'll come back with what's actually possible.
- How long does it take?
- Custom production runs in weeks, not days. Once we know the style, decoration and quantity you'll get a real date before you commit to anything — not an optimistic one.
- Can you use our logo?
- Yes, as long as you have the right to use it. Send whatever you have — a vector file is ideal, but we can work from a decent image and clean it up.
- What will it cost?
- Per-hat price moves with quantity, style and decoration, so there's no honest number to put on a page. Send the details and you'll get a written quote, not a range.
- Can we mix styles or colors?
- Usually, though splitting an order across too many variations pushes the price up. Say what you're picturing and we'll tell you where the line is.
- We're on a deadline. Say so.
- Put the date in the form. If it can't be made in time you'll be told straight away rather than three weeks in.

Get a real quote.
The more you can tell us here, the closer the first quote lands. If you already have artwork, mention it and Carl will ask for the file when he replies.
- 1 You send the details below.
- 2 Carl comes back with styles, decoration options and a written quote.
- 3 You approve a proof of the artwork before anything is made.
- 4 It goes into production and ships to you.
