The straight answers

What's the minimum order?

It depends on the style and how it's decorated — some runs work at a couple of dozen, others need more to be worth making. Tell us the number you have in mind and we'll come back with what's actually possible.

How long does it take?

Custom production runs in weeks, not days. Once we know the style, decoration and quantity you'll get a real date before you commit to anything — not an optimistic one.

Can you use our logo?

Yes, as long as you have the right to use it. Send whatever you have — a vector file is ideal, but we can work from a decent image and clean it up.

What will it cost?

Per-hat price moves with quantity, style and decoration, so there's no honest number to put on a page. Send the details and you'll get a written quote, not a range.

Can we mix styles or colors?

Usually, though splitting an order across too many variations pushes the price up. Say what you're picturing and we'll tell you where the line is.

We're on a deadline. Say so.

Put the date in the form. If it can't be made in time you'll be told straight away rather than three weeks in.
