Bradford Sports Return Policy

We stand behind the gear we create and want you to be confident when you order from us.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it
  • Unworn / unused, with all original tags and stickers attached
  • In the original packaging
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase

Because we’re a small brand and run limited drops, we can’t accept returns on

  • Worn or used items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

 

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at info@bradfordsports.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The item you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we’ll:

  1. Send you a return shipping label (if applicable)
  2. Share instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at info@bradfordsports.com with photos so we can make it right.

 

Exchanges

Want a different color or style?

The quickest way is to:

  1. Request a return for the item you have
  2. Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the item you want

This helps us keep inventory accurate and ensures you don’t miss out on limited items.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still don’t see the refund, email us at info@bradfordsports.com so we can check on it.
