Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers. Delivery timelines are shown at checkout and typically arrive within:

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note: delivery estimates may vary during high-volume seasons or due to carrier delays.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Wrong Address / Shipping Changes

If you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately at info@bradfordsports.com.

Orders already shipped cannot be changed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered, we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance. If you need help starting a claim, we’re happy to guide you.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at carl@bradfordfit.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
